Looking further into the platform, BaapPay’s payment gateway functions like PayPal’s online interface, however, integrating fiat and crypto. It also allows users to have access to two wallets, a BaapPay cloud based wallet and a private wallet, where only the user has access to the private keys. Merchants who choose to adopt the platform at their physical locations will have the option of using the “SPOS”, a smart payment terminal which is a android-based 5.5-inch capacitive touch screen terminal with GPS, Bluetooth, barcode scanner, and a host of other features. This terminal can be integrated with the Baap point of sale software, which instantly processing both crypto and fiat payments, converting between currencies, and tracking the flow of crypto through their business as it relates to sales, accounting, inventory, and employee activity.
As for their App store, developers can build their very own applications that integrate Baap smart terminal, by using their available SDK – apps which can be uploaded to the Android-based BaapWorld app store. Because a large part of the business model is focused on mass adoption, BaapPay wants to ensure that their platform is as easy to use, flexible, and adaptable as possible, and encourage innovation within the BaapPay community.
